PAYMENT POLICIES

  • Booking is made easy via WhatsApp, with a 10% deposit required to confirm the tour through a bank account.
  • The remainder can be paid at the office on the departure day. Payment can be made in cash (USD or Euro) or by credit card, with a 3.5% surcharge for credit card transactions.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  • The deposit is non-refundable, but you have the option to postpone your booking to another time.
  • No refunds will be issued in the event of unfavorable weather conditions or customer-related reasons. While tours may be delayed due to adverse weather, we do not assume responsibility for tour cancellations.
  • In the event of a technical breakdown of your bike, we will replace it with a similar type and our guide/mechanic will endeavor to repair your bike within a day. If your tour is shortened for technical reasons, you will receive a refund for the unfinished day.
  • Should you need to cancel your booking, you have the choice to postpone it to another time or transfer it to another person. Please be aware that any associated administration costs will be your responsibility, and you must ensure that your nominee pays the full amount.
